By using SEQ Visuals' videography and editing services, you agree to the following terms. Services will be provided based on what we agree in writing (like email or message). A deposit is required before work begins, and full payment is due before final videos are delivered. The price includes a reasonable amount of small edits like trimming or color tweaks; larger changes may cost extra. I’ll give you an estimated delivery time, but delays can happen due to gear issues, illness, or waiting on your response. You’re responsible for your readiness at scheduled time of the shoot. Once full payment is made, you have full permission use the finished video as agreed, however I keep the raw footage and am permitted to use any content to put on my portfolio/profile unless you specifically ask me not to in writing. You can cancel by sending written notice, however deposits are non-refundable, and refunds for other work depend on how much has been done. I’m not responsible for problems caused by how videos are used or from materials you provide. You agree not to hold me liable for any claims or issues. Any private or personal info shared will be kept confidential unless we both agree otherwise. These terms also follow basic Australian laws.
